Write a Letter
Your voice has influence and CAN make a difference!
Rick has steadfastly maintained his innocence for the past 30 years. He has literally been an explementary offender during his incarceration and achieved many accomplishments. Coupled with errors found in Rick's original defense, we believe there is an opportunity to request a pardon.
Please support our efforts by writing a letter to Governor Parson, asking him to pardon Rick's sentence. Let's flood his office with support for Rick!
What to Include
Uncertain what to write or how to write a pardon request letter? Rick's legal team has prepared a template letter that can be used to write your own personal letter of support to the Governor (located at the bottom of this page). Some of you may a have a personal relationship with Rick while others may have never met him yet are an advocate of supporting wrongly accused and believe in Rick's innocence. Either way, let your support of Rick come through in the letter. Write as if you are having a conversation with the Governor. Your sincerity, honesty, and any personal experiences are what will make these letters impactful.
